• Opening night reception only, Monday, September 19, 6-7:30pm, $200 per person.
• Notorious Chicago Party, Monday, September 18, 7:30-10pm, $200 per person.
• Awards Banquet only, Tuesday, September 19, 7-9:30pm, $250 per person.

• Attendance at the Remodeler’s Summit. This year, BKBG Shareholders that want to attend the
  fabulous Remodelers Summit, featuring three keynote addresses, four different educational
  tracks including a K&B track presented by BKBG, will register directly with Remodelers
  Advantage using this link. The cost to participate is $695 per person.

• The cost is $1,200 per person until August 1 and $1,300 per person after August 1.
• Please remember to let us know if additional members of your reservation will attend the Notorious Chicago Party, Architectural Board Tour, Golf Tournament, and Educational Programs.
• Please let us know if additional members of your party have special catering/food requirements.

• Yes, you can reserve for individual functions for family members, guests, etc. Costs are as
  follows:
  • Monday night opening reception $200 per person
  • Notorious Chicago Party $200 per person
  • Tuesday awards dinner: $250 per person
  • Boat Tour Sunday: $195 per person
  • Golf Tournament Sunday: $375 per person

• Peer Group Sessions will be held Monday from 2:30-5:30pm.

• If there are topics or issues you would like addressed at your peer session, please forward them
  to jennifer@buybkbg.com.
• To help ensure that you are placed in the most ideal peer group with other Shareholders in
  noncompeting territories with similar business models and revenue, please complete the Peer
  Group Preference Section on the Registration Form.

• Rotations take place Tuesday from 8am-5pm and Wednesday, 8-11:15am.
• You will be paired with one other Shareholder for each rotation.
• Our goal is to have every Shareholder meet with every Preferred Vendor partner.
• Your rotation schedule will be emailed to you approximately 1 week before the conference and included in your registration package at the conference.
• No open rotations are planned at this time other than Monday evening.

• The Monday evening cocktail reception in the exhibit hall provides additional time for you to spend with specific vendors.
• Additional meetings can be arranged during breakfasts, lunches and after rotations. Please
  arrange in advance with specific vendors you want to meet with.

• Dress is typically business casual for all BKBG activities.
• You are encouraged to dress in 1920s garb for the Notorious Chicago Party Monday.
• There are several BKBG Shareholders that get a little more dressed up for the Awards Banquet on Tuesday, but no one will be out of place dressing in business casual for every BKBG event.

• BKBG has reserved a block of rooms beginning on Saturday, September 16-Wedenesday, September 20. The BKBG room rates will be extended based on availability three days before and three days after the conference. BKBG rates are as follows:
  • $284 per night single or double occupancy plus tax (currently 17.4%).

• BKBG rates are available provide reservations are made by August 18, 2023. After that date, there is no guarantee rates will be honored or rooms will be available.
• You must provide a credit card number to hold the room.
• Hotel cancellations must be made three working days prior to arrival to obtain a refund.

• The Marriot Marquis is located 20 miles from Chicago O’Hare Airport. The trip can take 30 to 45 minutes
  or longer depending on when you arrive and depart. There are taxi and ride sharing services (Uber and
  Lyft) available at O’Hare to take you to the Marriott.
• Chicago’s Midway Airport is approximately 10 miles from the Marriott Marquis. It generally will take 25-
  30 minutes to and from the Airport to the hotel.

• The Marriott Marquis is located in the area of Chicago that was once known as Millionaire’s Row. The
  hotel offers unparalleled views of Chicago’s iconic Lake and Skyline and is within two blocks of Lake
  Michigan and the famous Michigan Avenue. Within 1 mile of the hotel, there are 30 different
  restaurants and a short ride-share or taxi to Millennium Park, the Art Institute of Chicago, Navy Pier, the
  Field Museum and almost all of Chicago’s most famous attractions.

All BKBG Shareholders can attend the Remodelers Summit. This year, Shareholders must register directly with Remodelers Advantage for the Summit. The cost is $795 per person.

The Remodelers Summit will be held Wednesday, September 20 through Thursday, September 21. The Remodelers Summit features two keynote addresses, three business tracks including a kitchen and bath track developed and presented by BKBG, a business track, and a production track. If you are bringing additional guest(s) to the Conference that you want to attend the Remodelers Summit, register those individuals as well.

If you are both a member of BKBG and Remodelers Advantage, register for the Summit through RA. If you are attending RA events not associated with Wednesday or Thursday activities, register for those directly with RA as well.
